Writing Portfolio

I particularly enjoy and specialise in writing informative feature content, taking comprehensive and diligently researched information and presenting it in a way that is accessible to casual audiences. In my years writing for a variety of outlets both in print and online, I’ve developed the ability to fit in with different publications’ house styles where appropriate; while my own writing style is frequently characterised as conversational and engaging.

In addition to the below work, my writing currently features in Hachette’s Marvel’s Mightiest Heroes Graphic Novel Partwork. This is a 100-part fortnightly set of books, each spotlighting a different Marvel Comics character. I have written the behind-the-scenes feature in each issue.

A Brief History of Time Travel
“A radio sitcom on the internet”, and the UK’s first ever Kickstarter-funded sitcom. Written, produced and directed in partnership with James Hunt, ABHoTT is a sci-fi sitcom about time travel, starring Jon Shaw, Jo Eliot, Henry Imbert and Ian Symes, with special guest star Robert Llewellyn. The entire series is downloadable for free at the official website, where merchandise and a tie-in “making of” book can also be bought.
